Wild Thing Quilt 2

I made one of these quilts two years ago for a little boy turning 5 and decided to make another one, this one for an old friend turning 40!  

Guitar Pencil Roll Holders

Today I made two new pencil roll holders in Guitar fabric by Robert Kaufman, these ones will be for sale in my shop in the next few days.  I also sell the pattern in my Etsy Store.  

Feb - April

I've done it again.  I've let life take over and not blogged for months and months...  I've had a very rocky start to 2012, which has slowed my sewing spirit down a bit.  I thought I might just do a little photo summary of some of the things that I have made since February till now, and hopefully will get back to normal from here.  

I designed this bag myself with the intention of writing a pattern for it.  It didn't happen, but I have used the bag a lot and might still get around to that one day!  

This was another bag that I made up from some Amy Butler scraps that I had lying around!  

I also made another Sweet Pea Bag, this one in Amy Butler fabrics, mainly Midwest Modern

Summer Dress - Asian Dolls Fabric

Here are two little Summer Dresses in Asian Doll fabric by Michael Miller! I made one for my little girl, Mia, and the other will be for sale in my Etsy Shop!    

Sweet Pea Tote - Summer In The City

I love this pattern, Sweet Pea Totes Modern Accents Bag, which I bought from Pink Chalk Fabrics last week!  I made it using Moda Summer In The City fabrics, one of my all time favorite prints.  I will definitely be making more of these!  

OWL always ♥ U Pencil Roll Holder

Here is my latest pencil roll holder which I have named ''OWL always ♥ U''.  I have used Robert Kaufman's Hot Couturier fabric with Michael Miller Ta Dots in Lime for borders.  This one has been sold, but I will make some more during the week! 

Girl Friday in Swell Fabrics

This little bag was not as big as I thought it would be, just big enough for a purse and sunnies! Not sure if the pattern was intended for a little girl, but I might make it in a larger version next time. Fabrics used are from Urban Chiks for MODA - Swell.

Coffee Cup Cozy

I love the idea of a Coffee Cozy! It's a perfect way to dress up your coffee cup in style! I will make a heap of these in the coming weeks!
